AFRICAN CHICKEN
When Portuguese traveled to the East by way of Africa, they learned about African
spices and cooking techniques and brought them to Macau. The recipe has been
further adapted by our chef to create this hot and appetizing dish.

BAKED PORK CHOP ON RICE
An all time favorite over the decades. Deep fried, juicy pork chops, baked
with golden fried rice in a traditional clay pot and topped with our special
homemade sauce.

A light delicately textured Southern Eurpean "Souffle" with golden
